When can my application be submitted to the Immigration Office?

For students who live in Berlin: Around 2 months before the entry visa/90 days expires (information as of 12/23).

For students who live in Potsdam: Around 4 months before the entry visa expires (information as of 12/23).

The application times can be changed by the Immigration Offices at any time, SERS is up to date and can handle student files accordingly as long as the student has connected and uploaded documents into SERS system.
