Who to contact during the whole process?

If you register for our service, you should communicate everything regarding your resident permit procedure with our law firm SERS. Also, if you have questions, any news or changings which are important for your procedure, please inform us.

The Immigration Office does not want you to contact them in parallel by email or go there by yourself as this leads to double procedures and double work for them. Therefore, please do not send any email requests to the Immigration Office by yourself, do not book any appointment, the office wants you to come only with an appointment that is communicated through SERS as your application can be under treatment at any time.
