1. What if my passport is stolen or lost?

If your passport is stolen or lost, you must upload a copy of your OLD PASSPORT, the POLICE REPORT and your NEW PASSPORT to the online form.

Please mind that in this case, you must enter the passport information (such as passport number etc) on SERS portal of the NEW PASSPORT.

If we have already submitted your file and you have no access to the online form anymore, please send us the documents by email.

2. What if my passport is renewed/extended without being stolen or lost

If you have a new passport without that it has been stolen or lost, you must upload a copy of your OLD PASSPORT and NEW PASSPORT to the online form.

Please mind that in this case, you must enter the passport information of the NEW PASSPORT.

If we have already submitted your file and you have no access to the online form anymore, please send us the documents by email.
