  1. The system doesn’t allow me to upload documents anymore, what should I do?
  • Please merge the documents as one PDF document. 
  • This will allow you to upload more documents. 
  1. I want to update the form / update Anmeldung / update health insurance
  • 2.A. If you have received  correction requests from our end and you can not reach the corresponding section in your form, please send us via email the document that must be uploaded to your online form so we can update it for you.  
  • 2.B. If you have submitted your online form to us but did not receive any correction request yet, you can update your online form with the same login credentials you received in your first information email from us.

  •  If you ask for a new service please be sure that you have also sent us the required documents which are your student ID, the current visa/residence permit, matriculation letter (if available) and Anmeldung so we can check your case accordingly.
